İADE KOŞULLARI

Tüm müşterilerimizin; tüketicinin ‘Sebep Göstermeksizin Cayma Hakkı’ kapsamında 14 iş günü içerisinde yasal iade hakkı bulunmaktadır. İadenizi çalıştığımız Yurtiçi Kargo ile tarafımıza alıcı ödemeli şekilde iletebilirsiniz. Gönderi öncesinde durumu daha yakından takip edebilmemiz ve çözüm üretebilmemiz için sipariş numaranızla birlikte info@gossef.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçiniz.İsteğiniz bize ulaştığında tarafımızdan değerlendirilecek ve size bir bilgi e-postası gönderilecektir.
Gossef ya da belirlediği yetkili satış noktasından satın almış olduğunuz tüm ürünler Gossef garantisi altındadır. Tamamı değerli ya da yarı değerli taşlar ile ve gerçek altın, gümüş ya da platin ile üretilen ürünlerimiz, verilen ürün bilgi detaylarında ve ürün üzerinde görülen damga ile belirtilen saflıkta ve ayardadır. Gossef’ten satın almış olduğunuz takılarınız 1 yıl tamir ve ömür boyu bakım garantilidir. Bu garantimiz olası üretim hatalarını ya da satın alma tarihinden sonra oluşan fakat üretimden kaynaklanan hataları ve kullanımdan kaynaklı tamir ihtiyaçlarını kapsamaktadır.
Bu garanti, doğru olmayan kullanım, vücut teri, çarpma, düşme ya da kaza sonucu oluşan hataları, kaybolma ve çalınmaları kapsamamaktadır. Satın alma tarihinden sonra Gossef bilgisi dışında yapılan tamiratlardan ya da başka işlemlerden dolayı üründe oluşan hatalar ya da bozukluklar da bu garanti kapsamı dışında kalmaktadır. Her durumda Gossef’in garanti yükümlülüğü, faturada belirtilen satış bedelini aşamaz.
Kullanım sebebiyle kırılan ya da zarar gören pırlanta ve diğer değerli / yarı değerli taşlar garanti kapsamına girmez.
Garanti koşulları ancak ürünün yanında gösterilecek ürün faturası ile geçerlilik kazanır.
İadeniz elimize ulaştıktan sonra : Size bir bilgi e-postası gönderilecek ve iadeniz onaylandığında, ürün bedeli yasal süre olan 10 iş günü içerisinde bildireceğiniz banka hesabına iade edilir. Bu süre iade ettiğiniz ürünün tarafımızdan teslim almasıyla başlar. (385 Sayılı Vergi Usül Kanunu Genel Tebliği uyarınca zorunludur).

You can send your return to us with the recipient payment, with Yurtiçi Kargo. Before shipment, please contact us at info@gossef.com with your order number so that we can follow the situation more closely and produce solutions.
All products that you have purchased from Gossef or its designated authorized sales point are under Gossef warranty. All of our products, produced with precious or semi-precious stones and real gold, silver or platinum, are in the purity and range specified by the product information details and the stamp seen on the product. Your jewelery purchased from Gossef is guaranteed for 1 year repair and lifetime maintenance.
This warranty covers possible production defects or defects that occur after the date of purchase but arise from production and repair needs due to use.
This warranty does not cover improper use, body sweat, impact, fall or accidental error, loss or theft. Defects or defects in the product caused by repairs or other procedures carried out beyond Gossef's knowledge after the date of purchase are also excluded from this warranty. In any case, Gossef's warranty liability cannot exceed the sales price specified in the invoice.
Diamonds and other precious / semi-precious stones that are broken or damaged due to use are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty terms become valid only with the product invoice shown next to the product.
After we receive your refund:
An information e-mail will be sent to you and when your return is approved, the product price will be returned to the bank account you will notify within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts with the delivery of the product you have returned by us. (It is mandatory in accordance with the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law No. 385).
